Three workflows a generic PDF converter does not cover.
Extract table data from images into Excel.
Turn statement transactions into structured Excel data.
Pull structured fields out of a PDF.
Compress, convert, edit and organise files in the formats people use most.
Extraction, checking and question-answering for when converting a file is not enough.
Signing used to mean printing a page, signing it, scanning it back and hoping the result was legible. Doclium puts your signature straight onto the page: draw it, or upload a photo of one, then place and size it where it belongs. The rest of the document is untouched — text stays selectable and nothing is flattened into a picture.
In many countries an electronic signature is valid for everyday agreements, but the rules differ by country and by document type. Doclium adds your signature to the page; it does not provide a certificate-based digital signature, and we cannot give legal advice about whether it is sufficient for a particular document.
Yes — save the image once and upload it whenever you need it.
No. The signature is placed on top of the page. Existing text stays selectable and searchable, and every other page is unchanged.
